Privacy policy and treatment of personal data

The General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), in force since May 25, 2018, establishes the rules regarding the protection and processing of personal data and applies directly to all entities processing such data, in any member state of the European Union.
At Cinebox our customers are always our highest priority, so it is essential that your data and privacy are always ensured. To this end, we have prepared this Privacy Policy in full compliance with the RGPD.

Cinebox is the entity responsible for the processing of personal data. By providing your personal data you are agreeing to its collection and processing under the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Information collected from its visitors is maintained in accordance with this Privacy Policy so that we can ensure the careful handling of all personal information, including what information we collect and how we use it.

Collected data

When you visit our web site you do not need to provide any personal information. We collect only personal data (name, email, phone), through our contact form, voluntarily provided by visitors, for commercial purposes, namely to send campaigns and promotions, news, quotes or answer questions and requests for information.
Additionally, and only if the commercial proposal is approved, we may also request the tax number, name, telephone number, and email address of the contact person and billing address.
As a data subject you have a right of access, rectification and deletion at any time by expressly manifesting your will in the following ways:
* By email, sent to info@cinebox.pt;

* By letter, addressed to Rua Conde de Areães nº 40 – 2.º Dtº, 5300-114 Bragança;

Purpose

Cinebox collects personal data on its website for the purpose of commercial proposals (quotes). As well as the other business interactions already mentioned above.
In the case of email you may also be asked for consent to send a newsletter with our campaigns, promotions, news and other services.
Revocation can be done by communicating to one of our contacts described in the previous point.

Data storage duration

The data is kept as long as there is a business relationship between Cinebox and the data subject. If there is no commercial relationship the data storage will be kept for 10 years in our systems.

Data recipients

Cinebox is solely responsible for the processing of personal data collected under this Privacy Policy. No personal data will be shared with outside parties.

Rights of the holders

Data subjects may access, rectify, or request permanent erasure of their data by written request to our contacts.

Cinebox may update this Privacy Policy. For that reason you should periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed about how we help protect the personal data we collect. Use of the service constitutes acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy and any updates.
